SmartMist Accepted and Approved for use by LCC!

Following a number of conversations, meetings and developments with the hard-working team at LCC, Smartmist Global are happy to confirm that the SmartMist system has been approved for use in all-new modular build homes provided by Low Carbon Construction.

The LCC projects are based around a whole new type of house-buildings, SIPS, which is based around construction panels being pressed together to allow for a simple, quick house build which is just as secure and a traditionally built house.

SIPS buildings are fabricated on site, which means very little transportation from a central hub and allows for local approved businesses to showcase their talents on local sites. LCC pre-approve a number of contractors across the country and ensure that their quality Is up to the required standards of house building, and then work closely to provide a simple to install solution.

SmartMist system designs have been produced specifically for use within these modular builds to ensure that we can make the system installation a simple plug-and-play between floors. The LCC team will then complete the installations on site at an extremely high rate, and all systems will be commissioned by a Smartmist Global commissioning engineer.
